While three of the Sentinels free Supergirl, The Flash, Green Lantern, Blue Beetle, Firestorm, Catwoman, Harley Quinn, Hawkgirl, Green Arrow, and Black Canary, while the rest deal with the Regime, killing off Raven, Aquaman, and many Regime soldiers. While sending them to rescue Batman's allies who were captured, all while beginning the final takedown of the Regime. In a desperate attempt to defeat the Regime, Amanda Waller, who survived being killed by Red Hood, unveils a weapon that had been put into development since Superman began the Regime, the Sentinels.
Now, it's a race against time to save the world and destroy the regime once and for all. But Gorilla Grodd also seeks revenge on mankind for destroying his plans, and got his hands on the codes.
In a desperate attempt to overthrow it, Amanda Waller, who revealed to have survived against Red Hood, creates the Sentinels in order to capture Superman and his allies.
After exacting his revenge on Batman, Superman restored his government and the mankind felt like doomed to live days of a future past.
